If the reason for your return is our fault such as the item being damaged or defective product, or what your received is different from the website description, and you notify us within 5 Days of the order receipt, we will be more than happy to cover the cost of returning the item as well as provide a full refund including the original shipping costs. If the reason for your return is anything out of our control, such as you just have need for the item anymore and you notify us within 10 Days of the order receipt, we will be more than happy to provide a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Hawaii, Alaska, AA, AE, or International Returns
- Once item is returned, allow 7 to 10 business days for refund to appear on your bank statement
- All refunds are contingent upon inspection of the returned item and if your returned item is not eligible, we will provide you the option of having the item shipped back to you at your expense.
- Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the item being returned is the only item in the order.
- If you are shipping the item back to us, we suggest you do so through a traceable shipping method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation as we are unable to refund a returned item without proof of delivery.
It will be your responsibility to ship the item back to our warehouse if you are returning an item from an address located outside of the USA's 48 contiguous States. If this is the case, please refer to the above scenarios regarding your refund.
